It's just more people were bitching about their other-forum-drama almost 24/7.
And honestly, i stopped paying attention to kickstarters once shit gets funded. Shit will be made, unless it's fishy as fuck in the first place. Everything I've backed has always been produced, despite some long delays, but i rarely notice until after i get my notice it's coming.
The fact that that Kickstarter isn't solely that one guy just means there's someone else to pick up the slack, hence shit is still being made.
