>>7338646I ordered a figure that arrived with a broken joint. You're given the option to tell the seller about a problem before Aliexpress hands over your money to them, so they're obliged to fix it. I contacted the seller, who responded with a request to see the damage. I promptly replied with a clear pic and a second message, and was ignored by them for a couple of business days. After that I got a little irritated so I told Aliexpress I had an issue. They give you the option to ask for a refund, or to return the item, or another option.
I asked for a full refund, just to see if it would get me anywhere, and within another business day I was refunded my money. Idk if that was Aliexpress's doing or the seller's doing, but it worked out. You can use PayPal to pay, so if Aliexpress won't help you, PayPal probably will. And considering bootleg toys aren't too expensive, if it's broken or shit quality, they might just give you a full refund.
