A few of the IM3 Figuarts if they get a release date.

Beyond that, mostly just the Robot Damashii ANIME line and maybe one or two Figma releases.

Though really I'd be looking for a nice easy way off this slope now that it's become a lot less steep in the last 2 years.

It honestly feels weird to have barely any anime shit pre-ordered and a ton of comic stuff and original properties.

Honestly this Hasbro Overwatch line. As a casual fan, Marvel Legends are really fun to hunt for and find for $20 for some easy fun.

I think this line could be similar. Also big figs!

Can I be sad for something next year instead? Mega Construx seems to be on the ropes and the way things are going, I don't know if it'll survive another year. It's depressing how much cooler stuff they're putting out than Lego right now, and they just can't seem to gain a foothold.

MP Beast Megatron and Hasbro's Omega Supreme, assuming they don't fuck it up like MPM Ironhide and PotP Predaking respectively. Magic Square's Optimus Prime and Cold Constructs' Scattershot for the 3P end of things, but I'm a little concerned about the quality of those.

Not that anon, but with TrU closed, almost no one carries them. Target and Walmart are about it. Walmart only sells Heroes and small figure sets, and Target mostly just has Pokemon sets.

Mega doesn't seem to be doing great.

Have you not been around the Mega threads recently? We've all been concerned. Lots of sets keep getting pushed back, retailers are ordering fewer and fewer of the bigger sets (if any at all, all I've seen for over a year now has been Pokemon, blindbags, and Heroes), and a ton of stuff is getting pushed to clearance outlets like Ross. If you're not worried you either aren't paying attention or live in Mexico, where Mega is apparently plentiful.

The only glimmers of hope lately have been that the Dominus Ghaul set finally shipped, and miracle of miracles, someone found the train set in the wild.

Man, say whatever you like, but I'm just saying, you don't sound like someone who's actually been tracking the line. It's been depressing. Yes, Target and Wal-Mart are huge retailers, but both are only ordering the cheapest, smallest possible items from the line, and the shelf space they get is pathetic. All of the Targets and Wal-Marts in my area have Mega shoved down on a bottom shelf, occupying no more than 12 inches (and usually less) of horizontal space. Compare this to a year or two ago, when I would find large sets regularly and Mega got 1-2 full racks dedicated to it in my local stores. It's plain to see the change in the winds, your angry denial isn't going to stop it.
