Depends on the figure. BBTS is much better for Western toys while it's cheaper to import asian figures from the usual Japanese stores. I think most tend to pick their western figures up from stores in person given the chance.

Another option people around here seem to avoid is bandaionline.com.
I use them because I can pay for my shit ahead of time and don't have to worry about having the money later.
Amiami is aldo decent along with the BBTS, depending on the item.
