What he really needs to do is have a more consistent upload schedule in order to get through that backlog of figures that just keeps piling up. At least he's finally admitted it's getting to be too much and is closing the P.O Box, so maybe that should help a bit.
What I think may help is if he adopts a more "grounded" review style for certain items while he can still produce the meme crap for larger reviews. Minimal to no stupud memes, just something similar to maybe old Jobby or possibly even unscripted. Say something like 4 reviews a month, so three or so weeks of a standard review and the fourth week can be the big hype review that obviously has the most effort put into it. Hell, he could do all three back to back and then portion them out while he works on the bigger review if he needs to.
I dunno. That's just something I would possibly do if I were in a situation like his.
