I like Jobby because he's the closest to having my taste in stuff in general. I could watch him talk about beast Wars all day. however, here's a quick list of some things he messed up
>Stretching himself out thin and trying to be a personality from the get go
Jobby got good traction fast, and part of that was because he had his formula figured out early on. However, instead of letting things come organically, he started pushing his singing and his art immediately, which felt like he was trying too hard. His art kinda took off, but his music left a lot of people dry which I think he took offense too.
>fucking up his sponsorships
This was a huge shame, and really soured my perception of him. He got some sponsorship from small 3Ps and a small retailer called Lunar Toy Store. once they stopped giving him toys(because he didn't review them until months later) he stopped shilling them, which is, ok, reasonable, but then he all but begged them to keep giving him free shit in exchange for toys in public
>Talking about money too much
Yeah, this is an expensive hobby, we get it. Don't feign shock/horror at a price tag at the end of a review as if it really effects the rating. For anyone spending over $150 on a toys semi regularly, you know its expensive, you've already made the commitment. I think everyone knows these things are overpriced, so its really no use whining anymore; you either want it or you don't.
>Too much fan involvement
Just felt like he started buying his own hype. All his fan stuff just felt very fake and phoned in and it just felt like the PO bo videos were just going through the motions to get to the free shit he was sent.
Forcing memes
Goes back to him trying to be an entertainer; he tries to make things a running gag rather than let them come naturally
