Is lego the only toy that makes you feel like a child and the only toy besides Videogames that makes you experience escapism in its truest form?

i personally also really love diecast cars from matchbox superfast era to around 2000, they're a blast from the past for me and i like having them in my hands and maybe give them a quick a vroom across the table

Yes, i think so, i once made a jet in like the first grade out of legos and brought it to school and i rolled off that success and approval for a long time. A fucked up thing about legos is it drowns out fights. I got a few, "go play with your legos." from my mom in my day. Now I have an obsession with a few loud technical tank/mech/space games that bring me there. 31... I am way too much a manchild still.
