Tomy's run didn't start off perfect (look at Mega Blaziken, though I've always liked Mega Lucario [they figured out how to better these elbows come Mewtwo and Greninja]) but it ended really strong. Mewtwo, Greninja, Alola Ash, Snorlax, Incineroar, were all pretty great, with Incineroar taking it to a whole other level, and Snorlax showing that they could articulate stranger bodied Pokemon quite effectively. I would have loved to see what they could have continued to improve on.
