Transformers promotional budgets have always been hard to peg though, since the toy sales ARE the major form of promotion, and they don't come out of the movie budget at all.
But it would be unheard of for the production and promotion budget combined to be over 300 million
and they're at 290 before adding the 58 million for china over the weekend.
Some people are reporting it at 280 after the china weekend, but I don't think they were counting the other foreign markets yet either.
So it's probably around 350 right now.
If it stays on track (it's actually held up really well week over week) It'll probably end with a run around 450. A modest success.
