>>7336751>>7336863>>7336925>Iron FactoryIf this was a few months ago, absolutely, but they have been cooling on them as of late thanks to Magic Square producing nice bot modes AND actual recognizable alt modes( both of which are also pulling a lot of attention from Sunbow purists). The love for IF mainly came from the fact that Legends scale was already a universal hit between both official and 3p generals and because the bot modes were neat, expressive, and well articulated for their size. Plus, they were easier on the wallet for many and even easier on shelf space, had a quick turnaround so there was always a new one to collect, and they covered a ton of characters by comparison. For all of that, people were willing to hand wave the alt modes as vaguely Cybertronian or just "good enough for the scale". That being said, the biggest perpetuator of the circlejerk is the guy who insists on spamming the threads with hundreds of pictures of his tamashii effect parts.
>FlameToysNow THAT is almost exclusively a single autist who loves calling "poorfag jealousy" or turning the accusation right back around if someone would ever DARE suggest that they prefer Transformers that can actually transform. Folks would be able to leave him well enough alone if he didn't fly fly off the handle the second someone offers a differing opinion. It doesn't help that some other jackass eggs him on by arguing about Gundpla kits. Nobody there really minds Flame Toys and general consensus is they're neat but not for everybody, but NOBODY likes those two faggots.
