Independant. I used artist lightly, but they did model and print theirs from scratch and hand painted every one. So as "artist" as custom painted vinyls.

Nothing. If hasbro even still holds the rights. I'm sure their license wasn't for 20 years and the IP is just up in the air, problem is is that everyone is still stuck in the 80s and nobody wants to make new figures for the film. Not even Funko has made anything for Small Soldiers yet.
