So this popped up on my radar. Line of pretty sick looking mecha figures.

No word on price yet, but the kickstarter will launch later this year.

One of the those kits is this, which is more complex and bigger in size, resin, and which costs 150 USD. Small run resin kits like this are usually stupidly expensive, so might be a good sign that they could clock in at under 100? Maybe even 80?

Yeah agreed, but I understand why they did it. Same reason why a lot of other figures share standard bodies: To save on production costs. At least it's believable with mechanic components. Also the armor parts help.

Yeah that makes sense to me, but I hope they can turn a profit off wave 1 and start making each of these factions truly unique.

Pricepoint of 80 is right in line with hexagear so I'd go for it.

Does anyone know which country Tecco operates from? The accent sounds a bit german, would be great if that would mean lower shipping costs

Was iffy on the first design, but scrolling down helped solidify my interest.

Somewhere (on Instagramm I think) they said that Mega bloks figures should fit decently well. Diaclone are to small, apparently their standard mechs are the size of the Tecco pilots

I have the "iron skeleton" and it's a nice looking figure, but feels really cheaply made. Don't get me wrong, the paint is pretty good and it has actual articulation, but it's all super hollow plastic and the waist likes to come apart for no reason. Still, might consider buying another one down the road.

I like it, I'm not a big fan of the gatling gun, so it's nice to see there are more options.
These arms would make for a sick under sea exploration mech with the astro body and some sort of turbines for the arm connections

The dude isn't sure exactly how it's gonna be released yet.
He is open to both unpainted plamo type kits and fully assembled figures, but he has to work that out with his manufacturer.
