>>7346841I do have a story in mind for all of them, but like I said that photo is out of date and I've added more minifigs since then. (Pic Sort-of Related; My last build-a-fig from my nearest lego parts shop.)
I guess I'll type a quick one out though... From Left to Right:
Takeshi Shibusawa - Lead Truck Driver and go-fer for Shimano Racing. Allegedly used to be the leader of a Bosozoku gang called "The Right-Lane Death Squad" in his highschool years and used his standing with the family to get some of his friends jobs in the race shop.
Soichiro Awano - The Accountant for the Shimano family and Team Manager for Shimano Racing. He carries a sword with him at all times and has a bit of a temper, but is known for being particularly shrewd in the business world. In the world of motorsport, however...
Claire Alexander - Chief Mechanic of Car #7 for Shimano Racing. Hand-picked for the job by the lead driver, she's one of the few non-Asian members of the team.
Toshihiro Shimano - The President of Shimano Racing and one of the co-leaders of the Shimano family's many business ventures. He used to race professionally in his youth and still occasionally tests Shimano Racing's new cars when his schedule allows.
Fritz Schumacher - Lead Driver for Shimano Racing's #7 and defending champion of the World Sportscar Championship. He never takes off his sunglasses for some reason and despite several endorsement deals, little is known about his personal life.
Fumiko Hoshi - Lead Test & Reserve Driver for Shimano Racing. One of the first women to race in the WSC full-time and one of the longest-tenured members of Shimano Racing, she's mulling retirement and dyes her hair to hide premature grey streaks.
Daigo Kumakubo - Chief Mechanic for Car #8 for Shimano Racing. Unlike others on the Shimano team, he doesn't seem to have any kind of shady past or skills in Martial Arts. He also has a twin brother who works at the Shimano family's sushi-bar.
