caped heroes are mostly tied up with other companies. Mego can't get them in 8" scale, but do DC in 14" scale (I don't buy these). Marvel is locked up at Hasbro, and Figures Toy Company is doing DC (see OP's photo, which I'm going to pass on Giganta) but they charge $30.

A lot of the shit you see at Target was insisted upon BY TARGET. They wanted a lot of these nostalgic properties like Facts of Life, etc. They had strong sales on Golden Girls merch (no Megos) and wanted to recapture those sales with other properties.

There is some AWESOME shit coming in 2019, including a $13 Freddy Krueger that looks AWESOME, and a Nosferatu. Customizing these are lots of fun, and really, for the money these are incredible deals.

If you're a carded collector, these kinda suck. But if you open and play with/display/customize, these are more fun than they look.

Not a Mego fan originally, hell never even knew who they were, until I managed to splurge on the Werewolf. It's a pretty good figure for $12.

Looking for a Gorn at the moment. The 2019 monsters also look incredible especially glow Frankie and Nosferatu. Oh and Freddy is something else. Of course I anticipate them being impossible to find but hunting is part of the fun.
