Everyone is hoarding onto lego sets because of "muh investment" even though the vast majority don't pass as a good investment once you factor in taxes, the inconvenience of storing it for years, final value fees, paypal fees, the fact that the buyer needs to factor in shipping costs, the time to list, package and drop off the item, etc.
Unless you score some good clearance deals, stick your money in some boring blue chip stocks or something and see a better return with no headache.
