I stopped buying new stuff from there when they proved they'll just give me open packaged crap, but they have good exclusives which will always be treated as new, and they can have good used deals from time to time.
The fact that i can buy toys from there is great, since there's so many around me that i treated it like a mini-TRU.
Yeah, stuff like MLs/MUs/etc can be more expensive, but sometimes they were the only place to buy certain figures. Better than paying scalpers reselling shit on eBay. It's no worse than when drug, grocery, and comic stores carry mass market lines, but they're usually cheaper.
For collector stuff? They've always been on par with TRU when it came to prices.
Nah, as much as i don't buy shit from Gamestop, especially after i stopped keeping up with gaming, they've always been a god send when it came to collector toys and sometimes mass market stuff.
