Wondfes held nothing interesting for me.
Toyfair knocked it out of the park with Lego, Hasbro Power Rangers, and Mezco. I am still worried about how hit or miss Mezco's been recently, but for some of these characters I'm willing to roll the dice.

Not at all. Couple of Figma announcements I liked the look of but could skip and not notice. The Gundam Universe figures looked quite nice and the price point means very little damage.

They were both pretty good to me this year. WonFes had Lady Maira, the Bloodborne weapon kit, the Sekiro protag, and Mako. Toy Fair had a good amount of Mezco stuff, Neca's Coco Bandicoot, McFarlane's DOOM announcement, and even some DCC stuff.

Worse than last year overall. Wondfes is always more "tell than show" in regards to their pictures of new figures but this one has more of that shit than usual. Toy Fair has more stuff the show but barely and actual surprises.

Toy Fair was pretty decent, lots of good reveals. Overall am happy with Hasbro's output especially Power Rangers Lightning Collection & Siege/Studio Series, interested in Funko's new 7" extension of MOTUC, and few other things. Lots to look forward to.

can't really say , 2019 just started and i already pre-ordered more than 207 000 yens =~ 1700 euros of anime figs for 2019 .

with the wonfest annoucements i expect to spend at least as much next year especially since i started collecting more plastic model kits cuties recently

Yes. They first announced they were doing Pizza Cats stuff way back in 2009. Then no news whatsoever until 2012, when they finally revealed the finished Speedy, although he wasn't actually released until the next year. They also showed off the unpainted Catatonic prototype around that time. Polly and Guido's design renders were first shown in 2014. Then Catatonic wasn't released until December of 2016.
