It's especially good for dusting statues and delicate figures that have sharp points you don't want to get hung on the fibers of a swiffer duster. After you finish ducting you can take it outside and give it a good beating and reuse it again. It doesn't work quite as well after it's been washed a few times but just shaking it out is enough to keep it clean for a long while.
