>>7429475It just pisses me off so much, theres nothing wrong with 1/6 its the perfect scale for these figures with the right amount of detail and realism and weight to their clothing but every single 1/6 manufacturer thinks they're hot shit like Hot Toys now and are justified for charging Hot Toys level of pricing especially for their non-licensed figures.
This 1/12 scale with realistic soft fabric clothing is something we never saw before and is no doubt intended for those who have been put off by ridiculous 1/6 prices, motherfuckers why don't they just lower the prices not start up a whole new toyline, isn't clothing in 1/12 scale much harder to tailor and make realistically compared to 1/6 too? Not to mention the bodies/joints/headsculpts they have to make from scratch.
I'm interested in 1/6 scale not 1/12 and now you have 1/6 companies dabbling in 1/12 figures because they put off so many potential customers with their retarded 1/6 pricing that they are no doubt making less profit but no one who is interested and saving up for those few 1/6 figures they can afford per year will be diverting their money towards a scale they have no interest in just cause its cheaper, if they just lowered their 1/6 prices then we could afford to buy more of them per year and they wouldn't have to resort to these ridiculous measures, what the fuck are they thinking.
It really pisses me off to see some of these 1/12 figures selling for the exact prices you used to be able to buy 1/6 figures for before every company started unjustifiably raising prices just cause HT had to with all their licensed figures after their revamp when they stopped their cheaper military line.
