>>7417008I mentioned it in the thread about those guys, but I'll paraphrase it here. They look good and I hope they turn out well, but he should have waited for his First KS figures to ship out and there really should be better weapon options.
I pledged for his skeletons, but I'm hesitant to go into this one. Not because I feel like it's a scam (I actually feel the dude is trying his best with these toys) but because I would rather wait and see how well his first line of figures turns out. Even the best intentions can fall apart when dealing with overseas factories. Still, I've been tempted to start building a generic "Non-supers" police force, and a few of the SWAT guys would be perfect for that.
The inclusion of both white and black skin tones on the soldier is a good move, but the camo paint on that figure is pretty poor compared to his original mock ups. And the Not-Cobra Troopers do kinda look cool, though their gun choice is a missed opportunity (could've at least included an AK of some kind). Not having the classic "Green Army Man" figure is a massive surprise though, it was a huge request during his first run. It's also surprising to not see a bulk order discount, even a few dollars off a multi-figure order would've been nice, and usually encourages people to pledge a bit more money to get a extra figure.
>>7418976The last KS had extra hands as stretch goals that when met were included with the figures for free. The Male Blanks ended up with three different heads and three sets of hands while the skeletons got two different heads and four sets of hands. I can see a similar situation happening with these figures, though it's strange he only has two Stretch Goals listed. I always felt it was better to have more potential goals listed as opposed to less, gives people a reason to spend more in hopes of getting better figures.
