I can't vouch for or against that site, but that line was definitely bootlegged. I remember that packaging from a few years ago, Amazon had some for about $2 a piece, but reviews said they were bootlegs. I wanted to buy some for my nephew, but felt like the potential for lead exposure or high velocity product disintegration was too much.
