At the time I didn't know shit about Dragon Ball beyond having enjoyed it while they showed those 12 episodes, DBZ wouldn't be dubbed into English in the U.S. for quite a while longer.
It was quite a surprise to find this guy in a Walmart. To begin with, as far as I know the show was short lived and unpopular. Also, I had no idea as to why his gi was orange instead of blue. Still grabbed him instantly, I had loved that show.
You can imagine how surprised I was when Fox began airing the DBZ dub and I found out that this show went on for ages...
