>>7458281I've heard fantastic things about that truck, but the price is a massive turnoff.
Personally I use a variety of armored transports and troop carriers, most of which are from other lines. PTE makes tons of variant Humvee, some with the bench seating perfect for moving Joe teams around. True Heroes/Chap Mei made some really nice looking APCs, but they're mostly just shells and to really carry troops, mod work would need to be done.
A personal favorite transport of mine, and a relatively unknown one, is a toy from the first MCU Captain America movie. It's a huge ass APC that comes with a nice motorcycle that fits in it's rear bed. The size and heft of it are fairly impressive, however the detailing is rather lax and some bit could definitely use some good mod work. Sadly I don't have any good direct pics of it so pic related will have to do. It's the blue and white APC all the way to the far left.
>>7458349I had almost the same exact idea when I bought a group of PGV figures. Though my trio will be roaming around in the Imperial Assault Tank from the Star Wars Vintage Collection. It's got this very advanced yet at the same time very old and worn look to it that I feel works perfectly for a "pre-apocalyptic" warzone setting. It also has a nice big storage bed that's designed to carry a squad of troops, to add another potential choice to >7458281's options.
>>7458351I feel the same way as most of my Joes are teamed up into smaller squads, but I have them use similar but unit specific transports so I have a lot of multiple Joe Vehicles. For example, my Steel Brigade team has a Vamp II set up for heavy combat while my Jungle Team uses one loaded up with Survival gear. Basically, Joes use standard base vehicles, just specified for each different team.
>>7458467>>7458471It kills me this H.I.S.S. tank never saw a modern re-release or update. It's such an awesome vehicle and perfect transport for Cobra, and it's a shame it never got a decent update.
