>>7462277There's nothing preventing them from having the license. It's purely sales problem, not sure how it will perform. The just started doing comics after AY, which also took a while to do some DC. Reception of the movies does play a part so it's difficult to go ahead and make a big investment in a somewhat uncharted territory of comic book based action figures.
I think they should've gone full classic DC from the start to differentiate with AY which remains mostly Marvel, They could've done the trinity and some Batman villains including classic costume Harley Quinn by now. Also DC have more capes and everyone likes Mafex capes.
