Mythic Legions does that. The actual figures are mediocre at best and the sales model is ridiculous but at least that is an option.

Mythic Legions doesn't do that. They sell knights, beefy barbarians, and skeletons. Boss Fight Studio does something closer to this model.

I believe Hammer of the Gods is currently working on their 2nd version of Warduke. They mostly do 80s inspired figures in a He-Man style body/articulation. However, preorders closed for the 2nd version a couple of months ago.
