Transformers are only worth buying if they're 3P or improved KOs, the official stuff is shit now. GI Joe is dead. MLP is a joke. Power Rangers and Overwatch? Terrible franchises that only morons drool over. Hasbro's biggest sellers are a small few brands while everything else barely helps them. SW doesn't sell because the backlog of older toys on eBay are cheaper and better so there is no incentive to buy new retail- if you don't already have most of those characters in plastic form.
Would Mattel even keep the scale? Probably as one line for "compatibility" to please fans, mainly aiming for characters that Hasbro didn't do 20+ times while the main line is 6" scale.
