does anybody know here when and where this cool blue figure will be released? looks way better than the other ones with their oversized feet.
Also: beeing a dinotoy-collector in germany is a massive pain in the ass, at least in my town and the sourrounding towns.
im mostly searching stuff from the jurassic - movies, Papo and accurate dinosaurs from safari ltd. etc- nothing. they dont have them in stock. When it comes to dino and animal figures general theres only one thing wherever you go: SCHLEICH, SCHLEICH AND SCHLEICH AGAIN.
Everywhere. Bullyland, another german company that did pretty good figures was killed by Schleich and is nowhere to be found again, they made excellent figures back in the 90s, now they are bankrupt. Safari Ltd. dissapeared too, last time i bought figures from them was in 2000, a giant green iguana and a few newts/salamanders. Papo? i find them occasionally, but they are still fucking rare. when i enter a toy store and ask for Papo, the stupid employees dont even know it. BUT LOOK SIR WE HAVE SCHLEICH OVER HERE, ITS ALMOST THE SAME! If there are Papos, then not the ones i want, but at least i found the 2008 Allosaurus at the Sealife Centre in Konstanz last tuesday - hundreds of miles away from my shitty little town. they even had the new juvenile spino, but i want the adult one. i think i have to purchase it from
Urzeitshop.de like my other Papos.
And the Jurassic World - Line? Almost nothing in small toy stores in this shitty kraut-country, saw the concavenator and tons of stiggys, highly overprized, thats it. i would be even satisfied with the blindbags, but even those are nowhere to be found. my last hope is the new smyths store in Ulm, gonna check it out this fall, thats when i always travel to Ulm because theres a Reptile Expo i occasionally visit to purchase new invertebrates/herps.
