>>7548131If you think the chinese aren't racist then you have another thing coming. A country needs to bring in money from the outside in order to flourish. It does that by exporting goods and attracting tourists. This has the additional benefit of the country being well-received and influencial.
After WW2 America exported it's culture. It brought countries under US influence without any of the cons of waging war, and the people climbed over eachother to give their money for US products. That was the time when it was profitable to sell America Fuck Yeah army men to children across the globe.
Then America dug it's own grave by 1) doing world policing, 2) by moving it's industry out of the country, 3) and by producing low quality culture.
1) World policing is obvious. Nobody likes a bully.
2) People want TFs. Hasbro sells TFs. Hasbro commissions chinese factories. The money goes to China. Hasbro uses the profits to maintain it's few offices in the US and commissions more chinese factories.
3) Current shows, movies, social developments etc exported from the States suck. They're unwatchable. They're neither endearing America to the public nor compelling it to spend money on "American" products. Nerds nowadays are blowing money on anime while the normies were waiting for Endgame to stop watching MCU.
As a third world euro I'm seeing America, a country that used to be awesome, treading an all too familiar path to destruction. Seeing adult americans being outraged at the prospect of having to pay more for luxuries and nonsense such as fucking toys, I don't know whether to laugh at you or spit at you.
At least you aren't importing your own food and most of your fuel, so the essentials won't become too expensive.
tl:dr you are spoiled, short-sighted brat
