>>7551711Honestly I like the NECA for what they are. I've bought...four of them so far? But I also like the MonsterArts releases (most of them). NECA aren't perfect but then again they're never going to be for the price. Plus I like the packaging (it just looks good to me, very Japanese). Actually MonsterArts kinda upsets me more by coming out with basically redundant releases, but I don't complain about it because why?
I have the limited, first release of Heisei MonsterArts Godzilla, the one that supposedly had a derpy eye issue. I don't think mine does.
Even if some of the NECA or MonsterArts releases DO, it's not a big deal to me as I like the sculpts overall and don't spend that much time staring mine in the face from only a foot away.
