>>7558378I don’t have the original Gorira, but I do have the Prime mold, and it’s a damn solid figure. The sculpt is super sharp, the articulation is really nice, and it has a very solid feel when transformed. None of the plastic feels fragile, too thin, or under too much stress. Even the translucent backpack and arm shields feel solid, so Nemesis Grorira’s should definitely be good too. Compared to what I’ve seen of The first Gorira release, this one is actually really tight. In some places, I’d even say too tight such as the shoulder wings, but not so much I’d worry about them breaking. It does get finicky when transforming, but all of the tabs and clips on my figs work excellently when you get them pegged in. He’a not really accurate to any iteration of Optimus Primal, but his design is still fantastic as it’s own thing, especially its beast mode head. It also manages to have an incredible looking finish despite barely having much paint, which means you don’t have to worry about colors scratching off.
As one one of the resident metal haters, I love him so much it’s the only figure I can tolerate the diecast on, which is is contained to his ankles and hip ratchets. Besides that, my only complaint is that you’ll immediately want a Mega Doragon/Psychro Knight to go with him.
