Get a Sunfire body, find a relatively featureless head, if not get a basic head like Vance Astro, get some milliput. get yourself some Silver spray paints, get yourself a can or two of Dupli-color Blue Metalcast. Get some Masking Tape, some cotton swabs, and some nail polish remover or acetone
Then what you do is you strip the body of all of its paint using the cotton swabs and acetone/nailpolish remover. Wash the figure off with soap and water, then disassemble the whole thing. Take your Vance Astro head, Mix some Milliput, once mixed, start getting it into all the cracks and facial features of Vance's face until you got a smooth surface. Wait for that nigga to dry, once it's dried glue it on if necessary, then sand it down to fit flush to the head.
Then you sand up the joints for minimal paint rub, paint that little dicklet faggot all silver, then once he's nice and shiny like a little silver surfer twink, you get your masking tape and diagonally mask off the silver parts of what pepsiman will be, then spray that boi's lower body and arm with that metalcast blue. The metalcast will use the metallic silver's sheen and coat over it with a nice blue clear layer. Re-coat as much as necessary and let it dry properly. don't get any under your foreskin.
Then once you have the desired blue, undo the tape and get some clear coat, probably gloss because matte would make all that shininess not pay off
re assemble your pepsi-daddy once it's dry
