Does anyone on /toy/ know of any great tutorials or procedures behind creating custom figurines. I'm wanting to create molds of 3d models I make by printing them and then proceeding to bring my stuff to life by using paints and plastics, etc.

I want them to look as professional as possible so am willing to spend a few thousand or more on all of the tools involved.
