I checked Mandarake for Saizo, and none of the japanese releases have anything resembling that guy. However, I just remembered that I first got it as the secondary bit chip of a bootleg Metal Dragoon.
What I suspect is that that one secondary bit beast was one of the mystery or THE mystery bit beast announced on Metal Dragoon's box since the "brand" of bootleg I got it from were almost 1:1 copies of the japanese versions; I once bought a Seaborg from that line and it even had the rubber tip from the original. My issue right now is that I'd have to buy it for the chance to peek inside box in case it had the same bit beast sticker.
