>>7589583So Mothra is very small and scales well with Godzilla. Sizing is accurate to the film for sure.
Mothra is overall a great display piece. I say display piece because her articulation is very limited. Her forearms and her legs can both only move forwars and backwards. And as you can see on the pic, the entirety of the limbs are each one piece so there are segmented joints or anything. Her smaller arms are actually moulded to the body, as is her antennae, so they don't move. Both sets of wings also can only move up and down. So that is also unfortunately very limited.
Despite this being such a small figure, Mothra has quite a lot of detail all over her. Her color scheme is mostly gray and beige but the details are obvious and you can clearly tell the different parts of her body. I do have to say, the color scheme is overall disappointing because I could have sworn she had a lot more color like white and orange on her actual body, especially near her stinger, in the movie. Her striking glossy blue eyes add a welcomed splash of color.
Overall, Mothra isn't exactly worth the the price point but is still a unique and detailed figure to have. Get her with a coupon or a sale, I'd say.
