He's probably my second favorite Prime I own. First would be ST Commander, because he just has so much more going for him overall. PB's core robot is very functional even on his own, but you're not paying $200 for something that's essentially a guy that's an improved MP-10. Now the trailer half of the transformation for combination isn't all too complex, things mostly just flipping, folding, and sliding. It's the folding up of the core into *just* the right way that everything lines up to lock on, and then slide inside. It can be done, but damn if I won't say it was something that was a little bit frustrating.
I'm of two minds when it comes to the upcoming reissue. It's great that they're including the articulated hands, but I do wish that they designed them to have the weapon slot slide all the way down the palm, instead of ending partway -- because of that he can no longer wield the giant cannon that comes in Gunfighter II's trailer. I also prefer the original head's blue eyes over the new one's red. It's great that they're giving him the curling bumper, but I think that the chromed thighs are a bit too much.
