I ordered revoltech deadpool when it came out, shipping from japan, waiting until after the arrive by date and it never showed up. Since the price went up since, I called and complained, they gave me a $10 giftcard to cover the price difference, and I refunded and bought it again. It didn't come the second time, so I refunded and kept the $10. Sometimes prime isn't too bad
