I have Deadeye and the first Bucky they did, and they're pretty astounding. Those were definitely a little painful on the price, but I can't say they aren't fun. The articulation is all really tight, lots of movement, but everything holds poses well. I didn't have any issues with the parts swapping either.

-Plastic feels good (somewhere between hasbro plastic (the good kind) and what the Mythic legions use)
-very clean paint but mostly molded in the colors.
-parts swap fine. ball joints for most stuff. Its well articulated for the design.

Basically it's a solid toy for the price point. Not spectacular but I feel satisfied.

(i'm not sure who else would have been a good fit for this license honestly. Big boys won't touch something this small. Same for neca or any imports. Mezco's really the only other one I could see attempting them and really, I think this is a better fit.)

They look way closer to Purcell's current art than that old cover, but yeah.

Nonetheless they're still stylized just a little bit differently, but I think they are a fantastic 3D rendition of them and look great.

For some reason, $38 just SOUNDS bad on paper. Even I reared back and started getting indignant. Then I remembered that I was already paying $35 apiece for their Bucky O'Hare figures, which I love. For some reason, $34.99 doesn't sound that bad, but $37.99 sounds like a lot of money. I guess it's just one of those things, it's literally only a three dollar difference but my brain screams in protest at the sight of it.
