Some Targets put them in the Neca pop culture shelves. Others stick them in a random toy aisle endcap.

The whole set is basically out with this wave. But the packages vary by location. I had to go to 4 Targets to find the whole set.

I also am not sure about how many slammers they made. They seem to have the same pics as the pogs, but I have only seen 6 different slammers.

Print'em on dog shit cheap pulp paper and include them in just about every cheap commodity available from chips to register side impulse buy areas. Make sure you go the funko pop route of licensing out every IP under the sun, and after all that, ensure the brand is impossible to remove from modern day "geek" culture.

The problem is that, as a game, pogs is pretty lame. So it was fun to collect pogs with cool art, but you'd get bored of the game aspect really quickly. The cool art was more important than the game itself, like the opposite of magic the gathering.
