Actual breakdown: this is a Volks Dollfie Dream Miku. They sell them sporadically through the year, usually around Dollpa and other events. There is also a Snow and Sakura version, plus dolls of Luka, Rin, and Len.

This particular one belongs to a collector on Twitter, he modified it by adding thin lines to the sides of the mouth to widen the smile, a touch of dark paint along lower lid, and swapping the anime styled eyes for cheaper plain doll eyes with smaller pupils.

As far as I know, the only areas that have had issues importing dollfies are the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, and it’s usually not an issue as long as the doll is dressed before shipping. I’ve also traveled with dolls (had a giant tiddy 22” Sonico custom in my carry on before) and TSA didn’t give two fucks as long as she didn’t contain liquids or electronics.

theres actually nothing special about the head, any basic DD or anime style doll by other companies can be painted this way. Just elongate the mouth line and buy small pupil eyes and presto, creepy doll chan.
