I just kept quiet and I got it via my Ami order like any other figure.
Distribution come release however, I assume the usual Mandarake and similar while people in Japan most likely managed to pick one up in person.
If you got a Jordan preorder in before the listing got pulled and you don't hear anything from the store regarding a cancellation, then you should get it normally. If you didn't, I'd get checking Mandarake on release day.
