Playmates is releasing this as a Wal-Mart exclusive. Should start hitting their online store on the 18th, and it may (probably not) hit physical stores after.

Also Rise of the TMNT is the biggest bomb of a toy line I've seen in a while. I don't think the second wave ever got out did it? Nothing sells.

I literally hate to agree with you. My love for the wacky cartoon made me waste money on these shitty toys, even though the sewer squad set was a great price for some reason. I did end up liking Raph and Meat Sweats, but no one else can hold their damn weapons

I really like the ROTMNT toys, personally. They have about the same articulation as the 2012 line and seeing them translate these stylized guys to plastic is pretty neat.

I deliberately preordered the individual 2-packs so I don't get fucking obliterated in December. Paying for one or two at a time won't be too bad, especially if I pay them down before they come out.

I know technically it's a couple degrees removed but I'm so stoked to have figures based on the IDW turtles. Never thought I'd see the day.

I hope these turtles are 6'' or less, but I doubt it since DCC is one of those companies that likes that obnoxious 7+'' scale. These would be nice for the turtle shelf but I really don't need the Batman stuff.

This thread will have a lot of activity in the hours and days ahead, so I may as well bump it with some early news. The NECA SDCC Turtles in Time figures from a few years back are getting individual re-releases with new accessories. We're also getting Super Shredder and the Slash they showed a while back.

Cartoon Slash always looked derpy to me so I'll probably get this one instead.

The comic style foot clan didn’t sell as well as everything else so I think they’re hesitant on doing more comic stuff. I guarantee you the Mirage turtles will get a rerelease within 2 years though

you see it is a simple mechanical gimic
the rod connecting both wheels has a bump so when the wheels rotate the bump pushes the rod that's on the turret causing it to move up and down when the vehicle is moving

my guess is that these sold poorly at SDCC, even the retail ones are hardly flying off shelves which is pretty common anyway. But these toys really do suck. either the tmnt's cant really hold their weapons, or the non tmnt's are just plain boring. I feel like Meat Sweats got the best deal

I made you this picture anon so you could have all the info in one place.

I personally kept Winry's gloved hands on mine so that April could swap out and use the open, closed, and grabbing hands. The April pipe accessory is a looser fit with the Winry hands, but the Winry toy comes with two wrench accessories to make up for it.

I'm not any good with "customs", I can't sculpt or paint, but the headswap was simple enough and that's really all you need to do.
