They had potara because Champa gave them some.

Kale has a Hyde thing going on, with her untransformed form meek and shy and her transformed form violent and powerful. Caulifla act like a tomboy that just wants to fight.

Had a pretty good day out. I had a Figma Link (Skyward Sword) and Figuarts Kamen Rider Knight & Dark Wing that I wanted to get rid of, still in box (Link was sealed, neither box in particularly good condition). Brought it to one store and the dude tried giving me like $20 for the two together... decided to pass on that.

Brought it to another store and traded them straight up for a CIB Goku Black (original, not the convention version).

Some people recently on /v/ were talking about the new Fire Emblem. Apparently there is only one gay romance option for males, the other two male characters that you can reach an S-rank relationship with as the male protagonist aren't romance options, you just become really good bros with them. It made me realize how little that is seen in fiction these days, especially outside of film.

Zen-o in my opinion comes off as a portrayal of the audience and the power of said audience holds over a franchise. because it always has. because toriyama micromanages it and dips his wick into everything and edits almost every page for character proportions or dialogue. theyve done interviews where toyotaro shows the before and after of pages in the manga where toriyama edited it. in broly only manga was canon so they didnt do ssb kaioken or blue evolved. it was so canon to the manga it even used manga colors like freeza being pink and the galick gun being yellow.

Probably because it's more about ki control than muscle mass.

Trunks was exerting himself to try and keep up with Cell and the strain on his muscles slowed him down to the point that the increase in strength was pointless; same thing happened when Cell tries that same shit on Gohan.

Also, starting with Cell, most antagonists have some kind of regeneration or have a stupid amount of ki that no amount of flexing is going to overcome.
