Do you think people at Medicom went "yeah, no one liked this comic, no one will like this toy, it wont sell... Lets make it!"?
Lots of good sources don't get toys, but enough people wanting it is a good start.
Or keep getting mad that something people like but you don't get toys, it will certainly change things and not sound jelly at all.
