>>7753672well if you see the initial response some of the printing isn't up to the usual standards but otherwise the bricks are pretty great. In certain more unusual colors (certain gold, dark red) I've noticed a higher likely hood of breakage on account of brittleness. That said I get lots of my bricks secondhand in bulk (thrift shops), so those expamples may have been simply very good knockoffs. The last point I'd bring up is that some production occurs in China now, but to my knowledge this is limited to the Collectiblle Minifigure products, and to me the quality is nigh indistinguishable. Sometimes you can see the finish of the plastic or the surface is a bit different from traditional production sourced pieces, but it's just different and not worse IMO.
