Real talk though: Why doesn't Lego have more licensed brand companies? They have plenty of licensed sets based on movies and all that, but nothing beyond that. Give me my burgerpunk America Lego, dammit.

It's easy to forget while posting here, but the target audience for Lego and other toys is still actual kids. Those grow up all the time, and new ones replace them. Those new kids also want police or fire stations. Lego also keeps adding new parts which can overhaul the building. That's like asking why Hasbro keeps making Optimuses

They ended their partnership with Royal Dutch Shell after rolling over for environmental groups. Can they not do one-offs with company brands? Everyone does that shit. Hot Wheels did that with a bunch of grocery store trucks from different brands from across the country.
