The models were hit or miss quality wise
The rarity distribution early on was nightmarish, this was pre-widespread internet and you might not have any way to get desired minis easily.
The game rules were much too easy to cheese and didn't lend to fast games. You found yourself constantly picking up the models, despite the fact that the game centered around accurate positioning and range.
The turn dial gimmick, which caused much of the pick up, was a mistake, each model should of had a nice plastic card with a state line slider.
The rules also leaned heavily on invincible singular figures. As a small duo or trio of figures could rip through many times there own cost of weaker squads of figures.
I'd give anything for a warhammer squad scale game with prepainted blind box models, and simple quick skirmisher rules.
