It has a solid feel, yet soft and slightly squishy, again, none of it feels cheap like say gummy Marvel Legends plastic, it's a pleasant feel.
It feels really nice to the touch.
No fragile at all, in fact, many figures require minor assembly like popping in tails and stuff, you heat it up and plug it in.
The only time I know it can become "fragile" is if you put it in your freezer, but that's the case with all plastic.
