>>7742894i have to say that the mafex venom looks nice but not looking as premium as the price it's asking for. the paint gets sloppy around the chest area and they are misaligned where they meet on the side of his ribs. for the asking price and considering how venom barely have any other paint apps, they really should take care of it more.
other than that, honestly looks like the best sculpt for classic venom to me, and the articulation plus the magnet hands and feet are a really fun touch. it's a good figure, just has small failings that a figure at its price shouldn't have, in my opinion. something americans don't get though is how marvel legends are also "import" toys in other countries and each release gets sold at secondary market prices, at $30-45 a pop for a marvel legends, it's not a hard leap for people to jump onto a $70-90 figure. That's why there IS a huge market still for these import companies' american comic book toy releases.
