Monster High was the key, due to it's popularity, poorfags found a new way of income by reselling them.
Now that MH is dead that "bussiness" turned around 180°, from selling MH for a higher price to sell new dolls for really low prices. Other than LOL, there are not popular dolls right now in México, so they sell unreleased dolls or dolls that never got released here for cheaper.
And you have no idea how much that shit has fucked up the market for mexican doll collectors.
NO ONE, literally no one wants to pay more than 200 pesos for a new doll, even if they buy them directly from an oficial Store. Why? Because they can get them from these fuckers for half the price, which is good for them but not for the company that produces the doll, si se end up not getting new dolls because Toy companies won't want to send more products here.
It has also fucked things up for people who is not from Mexico's city. Like, if you need some money for whatever reason and want to sell one of your dolls, It is very hard to sell ir for the right price, even if it's MIB, for the sale reasons I stated above.
The flea market is cute and all but I find really shitty that is has fucked up the doll market and that any poorfag is considered a collector now for buying stolen shit.
