I barely remember any of the old MP's having a many widespread problems, the worst I remember were Wheeljack's back fins breaking due to a design flaw, and Tracks having the front cover of his legs eventually shredding the pin section (the Inferno mold had stiff legs, but that was easy to fix, you just needed to know about it).

-MP Primal has serious paint scuffing issues.
-Cheetor had thick paint in certain sections, this lead to a pinned section cracking inside the toy (thankfully, this didn't prevent you from transforming it or posing it)
-Dinobot could have one arm snap off
-BW Megatron had the breakable crotch
-Regular Megatron had paint scuffing issues (there are breakage issues but it's hard to gauge how much was due to not paying attention to the instructions, or just design issues).
-New MP Optimus has some issues but it's hard to gauge how much is due to mistransformation. Paint issues seem to be in full force, though.
I think Sunstreaker's the only one to be fine so far (unless I missed something)
